ALU discs from RHODIUS have been specially developed for machining aluminium/magnesium alloys as well as copper, bronze, brass and bearing metal. In soft metals, they achieve the required, high stock removal performance at high cutting speed on low-power machines running on battery at reduced revolutions.

RHODIUS XT24

The extra-thin cutting disc is particularly suitable for machining aluminium and copper sheets. With the XT24, the risk of explosion from dust generation can also be cut in half, depending on the application.

The special filling materials in the bond prevent the grinding disc from clogging. Outstanding stock removal performance and efficient and continuous grinding are therefore possible.

As all RHODIUS ALU discs, the LGA ALU also delivers maximum performance in clog-prone materials. The special coating prevents the disc from clogging. Another special feature of the disc is the trimmable plastic backing.
