New Work and work-life balance are not just empty words at RHODIUS, but part of everyday life. Diversity

As part of an internationally active, family-run group of companies with over 50,000 employees worldwide, working at RHODIUS Abrasives offers a wide range of benefits and development opportunities.

This includes, for example, intercultural contacts through working in an international team. This includes colleagues from India, South Korea and the Middle East, from all over Europe and South America, who work in the parent company and in our ten sales companies. At our site in Burgbrohl, a tranquil town in the Eifel region, you will also meet employees from around 30 nations.

Technical equipment

At RHODIUS, you will work at ergonomically equipped workstations with state-of-the-art hardware and software. Depending on your area of responsibility, this IT equipment enables you to work from home for up to three days a week without any major loss of collaboration and communication with colleagues, customers and service providers.

Onboarding

To ensure that everything runs smoothly from day one, the HR department and department heads plan an individual onboarding process for each new Rhodian. Your new colleagues will provide you with advice and support from day one and do their best to integrate you quickly into your department. In addition, you will get to know our product range in internal training courses with our application technicians - not only in theory, but also in the practical handling of our products.

Further training

Our company health management (BGM) offers regular training courses and seminars for your fitness and you have access to an extensive course program on our digital health platform. In addition, we regularly offer professional development seminars through our partners, we hold regular team training sessions in the individual departments and we are always open to individual training requests at RHODIUS - from seminars to part-time studies, many things are possible.

Standard pay and additional benefits

RHODIUS has a company-related collective agreement for the chemical industry, which means much more for you than free water and a fruit basket, but also many special and additional benefits in addition to attractive remuneration.
