RHODIUS VSK VISION

Thanks to the unique combination of two important product properties, the VSK VISION offers major advantages for the surface finishing of stainless steel. On the one hand, it combines an alternating abrasive cloth and non-woven abrasive on one disc. This makes decorative surface finishing (non-woven abrasive) possible with simultaneous material removal (abrasive cloth) – saving the operator an entire process step. On the other hand, the cut-outs make it transparent during operation. This offers continuous visual monitoring while also having a cooling effect.

The product not only combines the Braintools and HydroProtect technologies but is also the first disc to offer combined cutting and grinding work in a single step – and with a thickness of just 1.9 mm! The disc’s three full-surface fabric layers provide robust reinforcement and superior lateral stability.
By simply changing the working angle, grinding work such as deburring, chamfering and dressing can be completed without changing disc or machine, right after safely completing a cut with the same disc.

The ALL IN ONE enables quick and operator-friendly chasing of wall slots in a wide variety of materials. Thanks to the ingenious system, using segments arranged in a criss-cross formation, precise wall chasing is now possible, whereby all of the material is removed cleanly from the groove. No time-consuming chiselling out of the middle channel is required. The high-performance, laser-welded ALL IN ONE disc system cuts aggressively and features a long lifetime.
