Our Vision Technology

The flap discs in the Vision series become transparent when rotated due to their recesses.

The benefit: You can see what and how much you are grinding, ensuring controlled material removal and excellent surface quality thanks to a coordinated grit series. With the Speed and Cool discs, a special coating on the belt ensures a cool grind in addition to the ventilation effect.

RHODIUS VSK VISION

Thanks to the unique combination of two special product features, the VSK VISION offers significant advantages when it comes to finishing stainless steel surfaces. On the one hand, it alternates between abrasive cloth and non-woven discs on a single disc. This achieves a decorative surface finish (non-woven disc) whilst simultaneously causing material abrasion (abrasive cloth) – saving the user a step in the process. On the other hand, its recesses allow it to become transparent during operation. This enables continuous visual monitoring whilst providing a cooling effect.
