How do the quality levels of the products differ?
Our products are available in three quality levels. This also applies to the private label products. So you only ever pay for and get the level of RHODIUS and innovation that you actually need.
TOPline products offer the professional user the greatest range of product benefits, reliability and working comfort at an optimum price/performance ratio.
PROline products have been designed to meet high quality requirements and frequent use in trade and industry. They offer a good price/performance ratio while being especially cost-effective.
ALPHAline products are reliable grinding tools with an attractive price/performance ratio for the cost-concscious professional.

EXTENDED
Thanks to the use of a completely new manufacturing method, RHODIUS has managed to increase disc performance by up to 30% with the XT10 EXTENDED. Razor-sharp from the start, it achieves an even more precise cut and longer cutting lifetime compared to the standard XT10. It’s also an especially quiet, smooth-running and low-vibration disc.
HYDROPROTECT
Resin-bonded abrasive discs age and their performance degrades with time, even if they are not being used. Since moisture accelerates ageing, RHODIUS has developed HydroProtect, a formula that slows the ageing process while retaining abrasive disc performance over the long term. This offers key benefits for buying departments and dealer stock-keeping while ensuring long-term high performance for trade professionals.
Will the colours of the cutting discs I ordered look exactly as they appear on my screen?
In short, no.
The label you design is produced using an offset printing process with full-tone colours. Certain tolerances in the colour representation are possible.
The paper used has a further influence on the colour representation: we use white premium paper. This offers the highest possible colour fastness and ensures that the colours are as true to life as possible. However, deviations are never ruled out here either.
During the manufacturing process, product plus label are placed in an oven. The label is baked. Of course, this burning process also influences the colours of the label - it has a slightly "darkening" effect.
Please be aware that color deviations can occur.

In which packaging units can I order my products?
Re-closable tin box
The functional packaging unit for ten extra thin cutting discs. Available for
XT70 and XT38: 115 and 125 x 1,0
Cardboard box
The classic among packaging. Your options are as follows:
Extra thin cutting disc – 25p. and 50p. cardboard box
Freehand cutting discs – 25p.
Grinding discs – 25p. and 10p. (depends on size)
Flap discs – 10p.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
First you will receive an order confirmation. This will state the expected delivery date. Depending on the workload and complexity of the order, please allow approximately 15 to 20 business days until we can deliver the ordered products.
I have ordered an assortment of several products, will I receive individual deliveries?
You will receive all products in one delivery.
I have ordered 2.000 cutting discs, will I receive the exact quantity?
As this is an industrial manufacturing process and therefore production-related fluctuations in quantity may occur, we reserve the right to over- or under-deliver up to 10% of the ordered quantity.
Can I order products outside the EU?
We only sell and deliver within the EU. Our general terms of business apply.
